India seems uncontaminated by the growing irrationalities of Islamaphobia and anti-Americanism. India’s unique pluralist civilization is well placed to adjust to globalization and modernization. Now India-Pakistan statesmanship should jointly aim to galvanize SAARC. Overcoming residuary hesitations requires confession to opportunity costs traceable to misperceptions and hypnosis from history. | ||
