Upamanyu Chatterjee

Upamanyu Chatterjee (born 1959) is an author and a retired Indian civil servant. His works include the novel ''English, August: An Indian story'', ''The Last Burden'', ''The Mammaries of the Welfare State'' and ''Weight Loss''.
