Karnati Lingaiah

Dr. Karnati Lingaiah born on 10 June 1944 in Narasimhapuram Village, Nalgonda District, Telangana, India. He is a retired Lecturer in Economics and recipient of State Best Teacher Award given by Government of Andhra Pradesh, India in 1984. He is also a poet who has written books in Telugu Language.
